Online check-in

• Choose yourself a seat at your preference
• Check yourself in early 24 hours before departure, the service is already available till 1,5 hours before departure
• Check yourself in at a place at your convenience (home, office, anywhere where you have Internet connection)
• Print yourself boarding pass. After arriving at the airport you do not have to come to check-in counter

• You can check yourself in for any Aeroflot flight out of Moscow (Sheremetyevo), Anapa, Krasnoyarsk, Samara, Mineralnye Vody, Omsk, Nizhnevartovsk, Dubai, Erevan, Beijing, Shanghai, London, Larnaca and Tokyo (except flights to/within USA, India) (in the nearest future more departure cities will be available)
• If you travel with a baby (under 2 years of age) you will have to address our check in counter at the airport
• If you have any special requirements or need additional services (wheelchair, medical assistance, escort for an unaccompanied minor, you travel with pets etc) please see our agent at the airport check in desk

Online Check-in instruction

Important!

If you have luggage you can check it in at a regular counter at the airport. Please see Baggage Acceptance Regulations. If your baggage exceeds free allowance by weight or dimensions please see the excess baggage fares.

If you are travelling in a group with more than 9 persons, please use our regular check-in counter at the airport.

Please note that Airport check-in begins 2 hours and closes 40 minutes before departure. Don’t forget that at the airport you are obliged to pass Security Control and, if you take an international flight, also Customs and Passport Control. Mind your timing! We close the boarding gate 15 minutes before departure!

Please note that we recommend to use Internet Explorer browser for Online Check-in. Using other browser the application can cause errors.
